Salford is steeped in history with an incredible industrial past. The recent investment in the city of Salford has been unprecedented and has really put the city on the map.Collieries opened during the Industrial Revolution and Swinton became an important industrial area with coal providing the fuel for the cotton spinning and brickmaking industries. Bricks from Swinton were used for industrial projects including the Bridgewater Canal, which passes Swinton to the south.

What is the cancellation policy for Swinton Estate?
A 30% non refundable / non transferable deposit at time of booking in order to guarantee your booking. In the event of a cancellation you will be required to pay the anticipated accommodation charge for your room(s) if cancelled within five days of your arrival date. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. For group bookings of four people or more, cancellation is three days prior to the treatment booking.What is your cancellation policy? We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For parties of 2+, a credit card is required to hold your appointments. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.
