Founded in 1925, we’ve been at the forefront of wellness since our inception, when we emerged as one of the first health resorts in the world. Stanley Lief founded Champneys in Tring which started life as a Nature Cure Resort and was the first of its kind in the UK. Champneys Tring in the rolling Hertfordshire hills has been pioneering and perfecting health and wellbeing treatments since 1925.
