Soho House founder Nick Jones created the original Cowshed spa at Babington House as a retreat within a retreat, extending the hospitality of the House into wellness and wellbeing for guests. Cowshed’s name actually bears a link to its beginnings. An old cowshed is where it began for the brand. All of our bath and beauty products are made in England with ingredients that are fairly-traded using only the purest essential oils. We combine these with carefully selected, man-made ingredients to offer superb performance at an affordable price. Is Cowshed organic?
Organic, wild-crafted and fair trade botanicals are sourced from around the world. Every product contains a high ratio of essential oils; their therapeutic benefits enhance mind and body well being. With the exception of organic beeswax and wildflower honey there are no animal ingredients in Cowshed products. The Cowshed philosophy centres on the therapeutic nature of premium botanical essential oils.
