Champneys Spas Situated in four key locations – Henlow (Bedfordshire), Forest Mere (Hampshire), Springs (Leicestershire) and Tring (Hertfordshire) – each resort stands as a place to invigorate the senses. We also have two hotels with Champneys Spas at Eastwell (Kent) and Mottram Hall (Cheshire).No children under the age of 16 are allowed at Champneys Resorts. Any visitors aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at any of our locations. Please note that both Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall welcome children. Swim times for children aged 3+ at Mottram Hall are: 8-10am and 5-7pm.

Which is the original Champneys?

The Champneys story started in 1925; born from the ideals of the visionary naturopath Stanley Lief. We initially opened as a health farm (now Champneys Tring) and were the first of our kind in the UK. M&H Plastics, part of the RPC Group of companies has recently completed a new family of packages for Champneys. Champneys opened its doors in 1925 as the UK’s original health spa. Since then, every single Champneys product is tried and tested by their 400 therapists.
