The above expectations on dilapidated or offensive garments remain in place. The dress code is smart/casual. Smart jeans are acceptable, but not ripped jeans, flip flops or trainers.

The Channels Estate has a long history, firstly as a working farm, then as a quarry for much needed minerals, after which it was re-landscaped for a golf course before becoming the mix of housing and parkland that it is today. The Estate The Channels Estate is part of the development of northern Chelmsford.
