What is the best time to visit Sopwell House spa?
It is personal preference and totally up to you when to visit. From our own personal experience the spa is generally more busy during the summer months. You have the option of visiting cottonmill spa as a day guest as part of a spa package, or you can visit as part of your stay at sopwell house hotel. The minimum age for access to the spa is 14 years but any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Guests must be 18 years or over to make a booking.Please note that access to the Cottonmill Spa is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Those aged 16 to 17 may use the spa if accompanied by an adult, and a selected treatment menu is available for this age group.As with facials, there’s no specific age restriction on having a massage, but generally spas don’t offer treatments other than simple manicures and pedicures to children under the age of 16 years old. That said, massage in itself can be used at any age to help relax and enhance wellbeing.
How early should you arrive at a spa?

In many cases, you’ll get the green light to stay in the spa as long as you’re comfortable and feeling well. As a general rule of thumb, most hot tub sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes.
