A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. No-shows or notifications given less than 48 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the following amounts: appointments that are scheduled for 30+ minutes will be charged $100 or for the price of the service if it is a lesser amount.
