What is Mahogany spa cancellation policy?
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. No-shows or notifications given less than 48 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the following amounts: appointments that are scheduled for 30+ minutes will be charged $100 or for the price of the service if it is a lesser amount.
Can I cancel my spa?
An SPA is a legal contract The contract only ends once both parties have completed their part of the deal. So, if one party abandons it halfway, the other party can take action against them.
