What happens in a Spa? Spa session consists of good massage under pleasant aroma, calm ambience, relaxing oils, soothing music and a pampering bath. The most common spa treatments are massages, manicures/pedicures and facials. Most people dress down to their underwear for the first time, while others are completely fine being naked under the massage blanket.
What do you wear inside a spa?
This depends on what treatments you have booked and the facilities you would like to use. In general, you should wear either swimwear or underwear. If your booked treatment requires full or partial nudity, you will be given time to undress before the treatment starts. A casual, easy-to-remove outfit is ideal since you’ll likely be changing into a robe or swimwear soon after your arrival. Think of a loose-fitting dress, soft leggings, or a comfortable tracksuit.
