After being placed into administration on 27th February, Frome-based online homewares retailer Cox + Cox Ltd has been sold to Giomani Designs Ltd. Giomani Designs recently acquired the business and assets of online homewares retailer Cox + Cox back in March for over £600,000 after the company entered administration.Online homewares retailer Cox + Cox experienced a decline in demand and increased costs in the build up to its administration. Ian Defty and Bai Cham, both of Begbies Traynor, were appointed as joint administrators on 27 February 2023.
