Don’t stress about what to wear under your robe. If you want to wear loose-fitting clothing under your robe, you’re more than welcome. Keep in mind that the spa can get warm, so don’t layer up too much! If you plan on relaxing in the thermal pool, wear a swimsuit or trunks under your robe. Wearing comfortable clothing will give you a relaxed sauna session at the gym. Dresses like linen clothing, towel wrap, cotton shorts and t-shirts are good options for both men and women.Instead, opt for a loose-fitting swimsuit made from natural fibres, to allow your skin to sweat naturally. Take care not to wear a swimsuit with metal buckles or parts, as these can get very hot and burn your skin – ouch! Avoid tight-fitting clothing like bras, as these will feel extremely uncomfortable in the heat.It is best to wear comfortable, loose-fitted clothing to your treatment. I tend to wear my gym clothing, as it’s easy to slip on and off and is super comfortable.Please use the facilities in the sauna area (incl. In all other areas of the wellness area, please cover your private parts and wear swimwear (bikini/bathing trunks) in our large pools.Ideally, you should opt for loose-fitting clothes made of natural fibers like cotton, bamboo, or linen.
