What is a guest pass? Guest passes are a new type of membership benefit that allows your members to bring friends or family to the gym without them needing to sign up to their own membership. Guests are not included with a gympass membership. If you have someone you wish to bring with you regularly to the gym and your company allows you the option to add dependents, you can create an account and enroll a family member.As an ULTIMATE member, you can invite up to 4 guests a month to join you for a gym session. This can be done online in the ‘Guest Pass’ section in the Member Area.You must give them one calendar month’s notice for Flexible membership or three calendar months’ notice for Standard Annual and Standard Monthly membership.You can invite up to 4 guests per month and the same member can be invited twice within the month. Just a reminder, each Guest Pass is only valid for 1 calendar day.

Members introducing Guests shall ensure that their Guests obtain a Guest Pass and/or pay a nominal guest fee. If the Guest wants to use the club facilities after the guest pass, they can either join the club or receive the same member’s privileges for a nominal guest fee.Member guests can participate in classes if spaces are available at the time of the session but cannot be booked. The guest will need to have a valid guest pass to access the club.A Member can bring a maximum of 4 guests at any one time. Social guests can only use the cafe/bar facilities. All guests will be charged at the listed tariffs. Members must be aged 18 years or more before they can sign a guest into the club.
