Should you eat first or go to the spa?

This allows enough time for your body to digest the food and ensures that you have enough energy during the massage. Opt for easily digestible foods like fruits, vegetables, or a small portion of lean protein. If you have a busy lifestyle and seek relaxation after a long day of work and family commitments, an evening or before-bed massage can help you relax your body and mind. On the other hand, a morning or afternoon massage can increase your energy levels and help you face the day.It’s always better to get your massage after you have exercised. If you tend to get sleepy from a massage, you should have it as late in the day as possible so that you can just go home afterwards. If you don’t want massage to take time out of your day, you can get one early in the morning.
What do you wear for a spa day?
What to wear on your spa day. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to what to wear on your spa day. We would recommend staying in your swimsuit swim shorts or bikini with our robe over the top, but you could also dress in your relaxing clothes in-between dips in the pool or our indulgent outdoor hot tub. In the SPA area, guests must wear swimwear and slippers suitable for wet and slippery environments. The floor in the spa area may be slippery, so please take care. Long hair must be tied or pinned up. It is recommended not to wear jewellery in the spa area.
Can you wear clothes in a spa?
Spas want their guests to be as comfortable as possible, so if you would prefer to arrive in non-restrictive garments, such as gym wear or lounge wear then that will be absolutely fine. After this, you will change and spend most of your time in a robe anyway. Wear Comfortable Undergarments Choose a supportive bra that allows for easy movement and doesn’t dig into your skin. Wearing the right undergarments will ensure that you feel comfortable and confident throughout your spa experience.
