What age is appropriate for Ninja gyms?
Different Age Levels We split the youth training classes into four different age categories: Preschool Ninjas (3-4 years old), Nano Ninjas (5-7 years old), Novice Ninjas (7-10 years old), and Power Ninjas (10-14 years old).
