Is King Spa or spa World better?
Spa World was very small, very few places to sit comfortably, and very little to do. King has a significantly larger facility, an amazing sleeping room and tons of chairs and resting areas, authentic food, etc. Their uniforms fit plus sized folks like myself (Size 22 Women’s). There are no rules on what you should wear to your spa day, but we recommend something comfortable – you are coming to relax, so you do not need to wear formal attire or anything that may be uncomfortable or restrictive! That goes for your underwear too – comfy is the name of the game here.Guests may have a towel around them in the bath area saunas or while walking between pools, but must be fully nude to enter the pools. Guests must wear the Spa World uniform that is provided to them at check-in to use any of the co-ed spa amenities including the saunas/therapeutic rooms, napping areas, and lounge areas. Most spas want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing like gym clothes, yoga pants and t-shirts. Once you are changed, you’ll be spending most of your time in a robe anyway!Guests must wear King Spa uniforms inside the facility. Sizes range from XS-4XL. We also offer 1 robe per guest to use during your stay. Swimwear policy: Swimwear must be made out of swimwear material (nylon, spandex or lycra) Street clothing such as basketball shorts, cotton shirts and denim are prohibited.

If you’re going to bathe daily, most baths should last five to ten minutes. Most sources agree that between 10 to 30 minutes is the right length of time for a bath. However, our research didn’t find any scientific studies based around answering this question. After 15 minutes the skin usually starts to get wrinkled or “pruney”.Most dermatologists say that your shower should last between five and 10 minutes to cleanse and hydrate your skin, but no longer than 15 minutes to avoid drying it out.
