Established in 1998 by Soho House & Co, Cowshed revolutionised spa and skincare with its quirky, British charm. Rooted in the belief that natural ingredients enhance well-being, Cowshed’s co-founders, Nick Jones and Richard Wood, created a brand known for its luxurious products and holistic approach.We built on and refined core visual elements of the original brand across all packaging, and helped reconnect Cowshed to its pioneering roots in Somerset with updated values and new brand line (‘Natural Therapies from the Heart & Soil of Somerset, England’) to articulate the brand promise and origin of the products and .
Is Cowshed British?
The cowshed philosophy centres on the therapeutic nature of premium botanical essential oils. The products used in our treatments are all made in england, using a variety of organic ingredients, wildcrafted plant extracts and pure essential oils of the highest quality. Organic, wild-crafted and fair trade botanicals are sourced from around the world. Every product contains a high ratio of essential oils; their therapeutic benefits enhance mind and body well being. With the exception of organic beeswax and wildflower honey there are no animal ingredients in cowshed products.
