Our actual advice is visiting EPCOT on a weekday. Wednesdays through Friday are all equally good. As EPCOT has added more top-tier attractions, it’s now also a high-priority park, and has the worst wait times Mondays and Tuesdays. Avoid those days. You’ll likely find the fewest crowds overall on Tuesday through Thursday. So if you have a very high-priority park, I’d choose one of those days to visit.
