Which was the original Champneys?
The Champneys story started in 1925; born from the ideals of the visionary naturopath Stanley Lief. We initially opened as a health farm (now Champneys Tring) and were the first of our kind in the UK. The Champneys Way Founded on the philosophy that health, beauty and wellbeing are inextricably intertwined, our pioneering concepts have inspired generations. With a long and established history, we’re proud of our beginnings – but even more excited about where we’re headed.From the moment i arrived at champneys health spa, i felt a sense of calm and care.
