How long is a typical spa day at Sopwell House?
This classic spa experience includes a full day of relaxation with a 60-minute treatment, use of Cottonmill’s spa facilities, and a three-course lunch in The Pantry. There are two distinct and separate areas within the spa. Cottonmill Spa is somewhere to unwind, with its swimming and vitality pools, gym, heat experiences, and terrace area.

Can you spend all day at a spa?
Once your treatments are complete, you can spend the rest of your spa day using the health and fitness facilities included as part of your package. You can have a dip in the pool, detox in the sauna, unwind in the relaxation room, or get your heart pumping in the gym* – it’s completely up to you. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to what to wear on your spa day. We would recommend remaining in your swimsuit, swim shorts or bikini with our robe over the top, but you could also dress in relaxed-fit clothes in-between dips in the indoor infinity pool or our indulgent outdoor hydrotherapy pool.Most spas want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing like gym clothes, yoga pants and t-shirts. This allows your pores to breathe and helps any products used during treatments work more effectively. You definitely do not need to wear makeup to the spa. In fact, we recommend you take this opportunity to let your skin breathe and your natural beauty shine through! It is best to not wear makeup in the facilities, so we recommend you remove it beforehand.Visitors are expected to cover up using a robe/dressing gown between treatments and when in the spa’s public areas and must wear swimwear while enjoying the venue’s Jacuzzi and steam room facilities.
