How long do I have to pick up an urban order?
You will receive an email once the item is ready to collect, a reminder email 4 days later and a cancellation email if you do not collect the order within 7 days. If you do not collect your order within the 7 day collection window, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged for the items. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit/refund to arrive once you have sent your items, there’s no need to contact us before this time.If your item isn’t delivered on time, we’ll refund your money providing you have your proof of posting and claim within 14 days of posting.
