Vitality Active is available to adult members from medical schemes administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd as well as Discovery Primary Care. What are the levels of Vitality membership?
How does improving your Vitality status help you? Everyone starts on Bronze and the more points you earn you progress though Silver to Gold and eventually Platinum. Each Vitality status gives you access to additional benefits and rewards. As you earn more points, you can move up to Silver (800 points), Gold (1600 points) and Platinum (2400 points) status.
