How do I get Vitality membership?
How can i join vitality or who qualifies to join vitality? joining vitality health is easy. If you’re an existing discovery health or life client, log in to the discovery website or app and join vitality. Otherwise, call us on 0860 000 628 or send us your details and we’ll call you back. Vitality active is available to adult members from medical schemes administered by discovery health (pty) ltd as well as discovery primary care. Discovery life clients qualify for vitality active if they have a discovery life product with a monthly premium of r100 or more.
Who is eligible for Vitality benefits?
If you have your blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and BMI tested or measured by one of our designated Vitality Check Partners or your personal physician, you will qualify for Vitality Points. The results of your tests may also earn additional Vitality Points. A: If you have registered your membership with a Partner Health Club with Vitality, Vitality Points are automatically awarded each day you visit and swipe your ID card at the club. You can earn Vitality Points for each day you work out (limit of one workout daily).
