Schroders Capital has acquired the 244-bed W Edinburgh hotel from Nuveen Real Estate for an undisclosed fee. The hotel, which opened in November 2023 in St James Square, comprises three interconnected buildings: the Ribbon Building, James Craig Walk and the Quarter House.
