How do I redeem my Champneys voucher?

Alternatively you can call us on 0343 226 2222 to redeem your gift card. To redeem gift cards on treatments and services at one of our resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding eastwell manor and mottram hall). Gift cards can be redeemed online against spa days, spa breaks, treatments or in our in-resort shops. To redeem, simply continue with your online booking and select ‘redeem gift voucher‘ at the bottom of your booking summary page before proceeding to payment.

Once the voucher is issued, it means that the invoice’s been checked, and it’s been confirmed that it needs to be paid. The voucher authorizes the payment of the invoice in one lump-sum that will be written on the balance sheet.A Voucher is deemed as used once purchased and cannot be refunded. You may not sell, issue, exchange, barter or redeem a voucher for cash, and you may not exchange or sell any other goods or services for vouchers. All vouchers are valid for a maximum period of three (3) years unless otherwise stated.
