Does TripAdvisor verify review authenticity?
All reports from our community and owners are reviewed and analyzed by our team of content specialists. We proactively engage with companies trying to hire people to write reviews as well as property owners attempting to buy fake reviews in order to catch those that try to circumvent our systems. Usually, reviews are removed for policy violations like spam or inappropriate content.
