Getting Here Facilities may be accessed from the fourth floor of The Venetian tower via the suite elevator near the pool. The Palazzo tower guests use the suite elevator to the third floor located near the pool. Between The Palazzo and its adjacent sister resort, The Venetian, there are 10 different pools spread across five acres. Guests have access to both hotel pool decks.Palazzo has multiple pools that are more spread out with a calmer vibe relative to Venetian pools. Those are bigger, and louder with a more upbeat vibe. You’ll find a wide age demographic at both. I like both, just depends on what you’re looking for.Arriving airport shuttle passengers are grouped into 24 passenger buses and transported to 3 to 5 hotels, including The Venetian Resort. Towels, robes and sandals, as well as lockers are provided for our guests with appointments. This depends upon which treatments you have booked and the facilities you will be using. In general, you should wear swimwear or underwear underneath a robe. You may well spend much of your day switching between the swimming pool, jacuzzi or steam room, so it makes sense to have your swimwear already on.Comfortable clothing and underwear There are no rules on what you should wear to your spa day, but we recommend something comfortable – you are coming to relax, so you do not need to wear formal attire or anything that may be uncomfortable or restrictive!Robes and Slippers: The spa provides robes and slippers. Wear these while moving between treatments and amenities. Swimwear: Guests may wish to bring a swimsuit for use of steam room and hot tub (required for under 18 years). Please note these areas are clothing optional.This depends on what treatments you have booked and the facilities you would like to use. In general, you should wear either swimwear or underwear.Spas want their guests to be as comfortable as possible, so if you would prefer to arrive in non-restrictive garments, such as gym wear or lounge wear then that will be absolutely fine. Breathable options are ideal, as they provide a smooth and comfortable base for your clothes.For most spa treatments, you can keep on your swimming costume or underwear. If you are having a back massage, you can wear knickers. Some treatments, such as Reiki and shiatsu, are done through your clothes. If in doubt as to what’s expected, ask when you book your treatment or spa day.For massages and body treatments, ideally you disrobe completely (that means underwear, too). Most spas offer paper panties to wear during body treatments (like scrubs, wraps, or self-tanning)—they don’t cover much, but enough to provide a modicum of modesty.Most spas want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing like gym clothes, yoga pants and t-shirts. Once you are changed, you’ll be spending most of your time in a robe anyway!
