Does 24 hour fitness have showers?
All of our gyms have full changing facilities and showers. Our lockers require a padlock, you can bring your own with you or you can buy one from us at reception. Any member not wearing suitable attire may be asked to leave the gym. Keep valuables with you where possible, lockers are to be used at your own risk.

Users should wear shower shoes or flip-flops to protect their feet from fungal infections, and avoid sharing towels or personal care items with others. Appropriate athletic shoes only. No street shoes, sandals or flip flops are allowed in studio or gym during workouts, classes and personal training.Make sure to bring flip-flops with you, and wear them the moment you pull off your gym socks. They should be worn when walking to and from the pool and even in the sauna and shower. Carpeted areas in a locker room are also never completely free from the risks of Athlete’s Foot.
