Champneys is the brand name of a destination spa group, comprising four spa resorts, two hotels and two day spas owned by the purdew family. Named after the spa in tring, hertfordshire, which opened in 1925, the first spa in the group was in fact henlow grange, followed by forest mere and springs. Is Champneys adult only?

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? No children under the age of 16 are allowed at Champneys Resorts. Is there a minimum age requirement to visit Champneys spas? Guests must be 16+ to visit the four Champneys resorts, which are purely focused on providing adult-only wellness escapes. The two Champneys spa hotels, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall, allow children of any age to stay in a room with an adult.Generally speaking, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa area without parental supervision and adults must remain present at all times while they are there. Additionally, most spas do not offer services such as massages or facials to children under the age of 18.
