An average adult should spend between 15 and 30 minutes in their hot tub. If the water temperature is 104° F (40° C), the maximum safe time is 15 minutes. If the water temperature is between 95-100° F, you should be able to stay in hot tubs for 30 minutes.As much as it’s tempting to spend hours soaking in your hot tub you could cause your body to overheat. There’s also a chance you could become dizzy, lightheaded or feel nauseous. We advise that you limit your soak time between 15-30 minutes to avoid potential heat-related health risks.As a general rule of thumb, most hot tub sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes you want to keep soaking, we recommend stepping out for a bit to give your body a break. Hydrate, rest and then enter the spa again.Meal Timing: Plan the meal schedule so that there’s enough time for digestion before guests use the hot tub. Ideally, serve food at least 30 to 60 minutes before guests are likely to want to use the hot tub. Some people prefer to wear their own briefs throughout the Thai massage and that is totally fine also.It’s important to keep in mind that you will be undressing during your massage so make sure to wear something easy to take off and on. Loose-fitting clothing like yoga pants are a great option as they can easily be adjusted throughout the session if needed.For a full-body massage, you can opt to keep your pants on or go completely in the buff.
