Do Premier Inns have phones?
Are there phones in your rooms? As the majority of our guests have personal mobile phones, some of our rooms don’t have telephones. Is Premier Inn reception open 24 hours?
Every premier inn hotel has a door entry system, and only premier inn guests can enter after 11pm at night. Our receptions are open 24 hours a day, and we’re always happy to help. Receptions are manned throughout most of the day – plus there’s a buzzer to call us if there isn’t a member of our team at the desk. Premier inn’s policy doesn’t allow more than two adults to a room, so you will need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party. At premier inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.
