Do Lake District spas offer couple’s treatments?
As we are a couples spa, all our treatments take place in our dedicated couples’ treatment rooms. If you prefer a single treatment or separate treatment rooms, these are available at our Jetty Spa at the Lakehouse. Please advise us at the time of booking. Couple spas provide an opportunity for partners to experience tranquility together in a calming environment. By participating in spa treatments together, you and your partner can leave behind daily stress, soothe your minds, and feel deep comfort without distractions.

Which part of Lake District is the best to stay?
The two best places to stay are probably either Ambleside or Keswick. Both have several nice hotels, and are a compromise between touristy and a little quieter. I might lean towards Ambleside a little more – I think it’s prettier, and it’s a touch more central. Which is Better, Keswick or Windermere? Windermere is the more touristy of the two towns with lots of day trippers arriving by coach. Keswick is known for mountain scenery and walks that are easily accessible from the town.Which is better, Windermere or Keswick? It depends on your needs, but both are beautiful lakeside towns. Windermere is more developed for tourism and has a large selection of accommodation, in particular at the luxury end of the market.Keswick is one of the best all-round bases in the northern Lakes. Set beside the beautiful Derwentwater and surrounded by peaks, it offers great walking, plenty of shops and cafés, and easy access to Catbells – one of the most beloved short hikes in the area.
