Can you wear a bathing suit at Spa World?
All Spa World patrons must shower before entering any of the pool facilities and may either wear a swimsuit or to be nude. Towel and robe are included in the cost of a Thermae Welcome, treatment, and Spa Package. Swimwear should be worn in all public areas. We do not provide footwear and advise that you bring your own for use around the Spa.In general, you should wear swimwear or underwear underneath a robe. You may well spend much of your day switching between the swimming pool, jacuzzi or steam room, so it makes sense to have your swimwear already on.
How long should you stay in a thermal bath?
A daily bath in the thermal water of 15 to 20 minutes is sufficient to achieve the desired effects. For joy and fun the duration of the bath in the thermal water can be extended here and there to a half or even a short hour – except you have a low blood pressure. What happens if you stay in a hot tub for 3 hours? Staying in a hot tub too long can lead to severe dehydration, heat stroke, or fainting from low blood pressure—especially at higher temperatures.
