One-night spa breaks can vary greatly, covering everything from a simple bed and breakfast package with limited access to the facilities to a luxury spa overnight stay with an evening meal and spa treatments. A lot of people might go on a spa break for a special occasion, but I can definitely see the wellbeing benefits of having a spa break or spa treatment on a regular basis. It’s about downtime, and having a treatment that’s good for your body is only going to make you feel better moving forward.
What do men wear to a spa?
Most spas want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing like gym clothes, yoga pants and t-shirts. Once you are changed, you’ll be spending most of your time in a robe anyway! In your specific gender level, additional towels, bathrobes, and shorts are provided. Most spas will provide you with a robe, towel, disposable underwear, and slippers or slops – however, they should communicate any clothing that you need to bring with you such as swimwear.

These types of outfits are easy to slip in and out of and won’t leave marks on your skin that could distract from the massage experience. You may well spend much of your day switching between the swimming pool, jacuzzi or steam room, so it makes sense to have your swimwear already on. Swimwear and poolside footwear, a robe and towel. If you would rather we looked after your laundry, towels and robes can be hired for £2 per item.Bathhouse provides towels and slippers. Robes are available for purchase depending on availability. If you would like a cover up, we recommend you bring your favorite wrap or robe. For Hammam Scrub treatments, you will wear your bathing suit.
