Which type of spa is best?
Destination Spa Destination spas are designed for complete mind and body rejuvenation. Unlike day spas, these types of spas are often located in scenic locations, allowing guests to stay for several days and fully immerse themselves in a wellness-focused environment. It’s best to wear loose-fitting, dark clothes to the spa, as you might be covered in oils and creams when leaving. Most spas will provide you with a robe, towel, disposable underwear, and slippers or slops – however, they should communicate any clothing that you need to bring with you such as swimwear.Nobody else will ever be using any area of the spa during your spa time. All areas of the spa including the spa garden are completely private for you and not overlooked. This includes the changing area, swimming pool, thermal spa area, spa garden, relaxation lounge and chillout lounge with refreshment area.Once you’re done with all the formalities the therapist will guide you to the spa room and give you a robe, disposable undergarments, slippers, and a towel. Be prepared to strip down. This is usually in the case of wraps, massages and scrubs.The spa butler will ensure the guests are comfortable at all times offering refreshments and any assistance required. Responsibilities include keeping the spa kept neat, tidy and clean, including the changing rooms, toilets, showers, pool area and relaxation areas.
