What is Mahogany spa cancellation policy?
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you fail to give 12 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, you will be required to pay 50% of your booked service cost. Fail to give us 1 hour notice prior to the appointment start time and you will be required to pay 100% of your booked service cost.
