A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you fail to give 12 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, you will be required to pay 50% of your booked service cost. Fail to give us 1 hour notice prior to the appointment start time and you will be required to pay 100% of your booked service cost.
What is the cancellation policy for Rena spa?
Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be charged at 100% if made less than 48 hours before your treatment time. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. For group bookings of four people or more, cancellation is three days prior to the treatment booking.
