Are there age restrictions at Cottonmill Spa?
Please note that access to the cottonmill spa is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Those aged 16 to 17 may use the spa if accompanied by an adult, and a selected treatment menu is available for this age group. It is personal preference and totally up to you when to visit. From our own personal experience the spa is generally more busy during the summer months. You have the option of visiting cottonmill spa as a day guest as part of a spa package, or you can visit as part of your stay at sopwell house hotel.
