Although I loved spending quality time with my partner to celebrate my birthday, I actually think this would be lovely as a solo day too.A solo spa visit provides the perfect opportunity for self-care. After the many challenges of lockdown, it’s important to carve out some regular ‘you time’ for relaxation, reflection and a little indulgence.Some of us relish nothing more than time to ourselves, while others are less keen. That’s ok – personal choice and individual preferences are exactly what the spa world should be about. Although, if a spa break is not something you have ever been on alone, might we recommend you try it some time.
