In many cases, you’ll get the green light to stay in the spa as long as you’re comfortable and feeling well. As a general rule of thumb, most hot tub sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes you want to keep soaking, we recommend stepping out for a bit to give your body a break. Test your water balance 2–4 times per week. Adjust water balance with the appropriate hot tub chemicals. Clean the spa filter every 1–2 weeks, and replace annually. Keep the spa clean; drain and refill every 3–4 months.

What is the refund policy for Secret spa?

For cancellations made between 24 to 12 hours before a confirmed appointment, 50% of the booking cost will be charged. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the booking cost. We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Any cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. If cancelling before the 7 days prior to arrival, we can place the monies on hold to be used within the next 6 months. Any cancellations must be made in writing to spa.
