How does a ResortPass work?
We partner with hotels to offer Day Passes, Spa Passes, and Cabanas, for guests that don’t have a hotel room booked, but would still like to enjoy the pool and amenities. When you purchase a ResortPass, you’ll have access to the amenities listed on the hotel page of our site. No they do not charge a resort fee. Is ResortPass refundable?
Bookings can be cancelled for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. You can self-cancel your Day Pass booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit. No refunds can be made once the pass expires.
