What is the dress code for Champneys?
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? A stay at Champneys is all about comfort, so wear something you feel happy to lounge around in, most people opt for leisure or gym wear. However, once you’re in the resort towelling robes are provided for you to wear during the day, with many guests choosing to wear a swimsuit underneath. This depends on what treatments you have booked and the facilities you would like to use. In general, you should wear either swimwear or underwear. If your booked treatment requires full or partial nudity, you will be given time to undress before the treatment starts.This depends upon which treatments you have booked and the facilities you will be using. You may well spend much of your day switching between the swimming pool, jacuzzi or steam room, so it makes sense to have your swimwear already on.

What to bring to the spa?
Most spas provide robes, slippers, and towels, but it’s good practice to bring a swimsuit if you plan to use the sauna, steam room, or pool. If enjoying a facial, remove your makeup, especially eye make up and mascara. Towel. Some spas will provide a towel, but as some don’t you should bring your own towel just to be sure. However, if you’ve contacted the spa and they’ve said they provide a free towel upon arrival, you may want to leave yours at home to save space. We still recommend bringing a small one just incase.If you’re staying overnight, bring a small bag that you can take to the spa with any bits and pieces such as a book, skincare products etc so you don’t have to keep returning to your room. Take a magazine or a good book – Don’t forget to bring your booking details.
