Cancellations will be charged at 100% if made less than 48 hours before your treatment time. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. For group bookings of four people or more, cancellation is three days prior to the treatment booking. You may cancel or amend your reservation up to 48hrs prior to your arrival date, no fees apply. However cancellations, amendments or no-shows may incur a fee after this time.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount. Cancellations made with at least a 48 hours notice receive a full refund, but please let us know as soon as possible so other guests can book. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee, as you will for a no-show.
