How much time to spend in a spa?
The general advice is that you should spend no longer than 30 minutes in your spa at one time. The good news is that you can leave the spa, hydrate and regulate your body temperature before having another 30-minute relaxation session. This can be a great way to reduce stress. In many cases, you’ll get the green light to stay in the spa as long as you’re comfortable and feeling well. As a general rule of thumb, most hot tub sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes you want to keep soaking, we recommend stepping out for a bit to give your body a break.Similar to sitting in a sauna, hot tubs can help you to detox your body through a deep and invigorating sweat. The water inside most modern hot tubs is heated to around 100°F to 104°F. While spending time inside your spa, your core body temperature will rise, ultimately leading to sweat.
Which massage is best for romance?
From Swedish massages to deep tissue massages, hot stone massages to aromatherapy massages, each experience creates an atmosphere of intimacy, relaxation, and shared well-being. Whole body massages for men and women: You will be asked to remove your clothing but not underwear, your therapist will leave the room whilst you get undressed. It’s common to be barefoot during the session, but if you prefer socks, you’re free to leave socks on, or I have some for you to borrow if your feet get cold. And always feel free to ask for a blanket! Most spas want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing like gym clothes, yoga pants and t-shirts. Once you are changed, you’ll be spending most of your time in a robe anyway!Wear Comfortable Undergarments Choose a supportive bra that allows for easy movement and doesn’t dig into your skin. Wearing the right undergarments will ensure that you feel comfortable and confident throughout your spa experience.Comfortable clothing and underwear There are no rules on what you should wear to your spa day, but we recommend something comfortable – you are coming to relax, so you do not need to wear formal attire or anything that may be uncomfortable or restrictive!This depends on what treatments you have booked and the facilities you would like to use. In general, you should wear either swimwear or underwear.
What does a woman wear to a spa day?

Once you are changed, you’ll be spending most of your time in a robe anyway! For a full-body massage, you can opt to keep your pants on or go completely in the buff. You’ll find that most massage therapists are very skilled at protecting your modesty and making you feel comfortable; you’ll never have to uncover anything you’d rather not.It’s up to you. Women usually remove their bras to allow the massage therapist to work on the back and shoulder area without getting massage oil or lotion on the bra. If your problem area is your low back, hips, buttocks, or groin, tight-fitting or large underwear can sometimes get in the way of massage work.It’s important to keep in mind that you will be undressing during your massage so make sure to wear something easy to take off and on. Loose-fitting clothing like yoga pants are a great option as they can easily be adjusted throughout the session if needed.
