A member may cancel membership by giving no less than one calendar months’ notice in writing to the club manager expiring on or after the first anniversary of the membership start date. You do this by contacting your bank and either revoking authorization for the payment or requesting a stop payment order. However, the bank will need to confirm that the cancelation doesn’t interfere with any contractual obligations you might have with the company that’s billing you.Membership Cancellation In the event that you wish to end your membership, please contact us 1 month notice from the date of your last Direct Debit collection is required. We reserve the right to refuse treatments if you arrive to the spa inebriated. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged to your credit card. The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the spa.
