In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Membership, you are required to provide not less than 30 days’ notice, which shall expire at the end of a calendar month. We shall acknowledge receipt of this Cancellation Form within 7 days. If you have not heard from us by this time, please call us on 0344 477 4777. Can you freeze Bannatyne membership?
You can freeze your membership quickly and easily by visiting your Member Portal and select Manage Account. We allow memberships to be frozen for between 1 and 6 months at a charge of £10. When your membership is frozen your monthly payments are paused and your access to the gym is temporarily suspended. Your freeze will start and end on your regular monthly Direct Debit date.
