How do I cancel my Rena spa membership?
A member may cancel his/her membership within 14 days of joining the Club by resigning in writing to the Club Manager. This 14 day period commences from the start date set out overleaf. There is no commitment and Club Members may change or cancel membership at any time by submitting a Change or Cancel Membership form online.
What is the cancellation policy for Rena spa?
Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be charged at 100% if made less than 48 hours before your treatment time. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
