Is a 7 star hotel possible?

The idea of a seven-star hotel is a myth. A British journalist first used it after visiting the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. She felt the hotel went beyond the five-star scale. The term lives on because news organizations and travel agents continue to use it in marketing. Although seven star isn’t a true hotel classification, it is used to describe the absolute most luxurious of the luxury hotels. The term is believed to have first been coined by a journalist on a press trip to Burj al Arab in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach.
