Why is the pig hotel called THE PIG?
Not being too grand was central to what we wanted to do. That’s really where the name THE PIG comes from. I wanted it to have an agricultural connotation because of the garden, but I also thought – it sounds a bit like a pub, people aren’t scared of going to pubs. We’ll never tell you what to wear. Our restaurants are informal places, so come in whatever makes you happy and comfortable. THE PIGs are a great place to have a get-together.
