LIDO takes place in Victoria Park, located in the borough of Tower Hamlets, in the east end of London. The central London location of our event means that we are well served by the public transport network and as part of our sustainability plan we urge you to use public transport where possible or even walk. As a fan-first festival, we celebrate globally loved artists who take the lead on the event curation, alongside emerging talent, community engagement, and creativity at the heart of east london. Named after the lido that previously occupied the site, it is a large, flat greenfield site. The lido field has hosted smaller festival stages and is the site of a successful christmas tree concession. It has recently been used as a street food market and entertainment space.
