Don’t miss the JORVIK Viking Centre where you’ll travel back in time to Viking age York and discover the sights, sounds and smells of the city. Hop aboard a City Cruises York boat for a relaxing cruise on the River Ouse for sightseeing cruises by day and night! Walk the city walls for a perfect end to the day. They are very knowledgeable and generous with their knowledge. During my stay in York I went there every day, sometimes twice a day, and I learned something new every time. In my opinion, the Jorvik Center is well worth the money seeing as a ticket is valid for 12 months.
