Not only can you tour the Falls by boat, helicopter, and your own two feet, but there are plenty of activities in the area to keep visitors busy for days. Sure, you could visit Niagara Falls in one quick, rushed day, but it is better experienced with a two day stay (or longer). Niagara Falls is a breathtaking waterfall It’s a wonder to see in person. So much water falls over the cliff in the river each second that it creates an almost permanent mist in the air. The waterfall is so stunning that millions of people come from all over the place each year just to see it.

What is the cheapest time to go to Niagara Falls?

Peak season vs Low season Hotels and flights are often cheaper during low season (November to April), allowing you to visit Niagara Falls on a smaller budget while also seeing the Falls turn into a partially frozen winter wonderland. November through April is definitely the cheapest time to visit Niagara Falls. Hotel rates drop significantly, sometimes up to 65% compared to peak summer prices. I recently paid just $89 for a room that goes for $250+ in July. The crowds are also much thinner, which means better deals on attractions and tours.
